DERMALAI products should be used on clean skin, prior to applying any other products. Apply your "I by DERMALAI" directly to fine lines and wrinkles. Frequency of application may vary.

DERMALAI products can be used individually. If you are going to use only a single product, we recommend "I by DERMALAI".

Only DERMALAI products that were directly purchased from our online store at dermal-ai.com can be returned to us. The products must be sealed and in their original packaging. DERMALAI products must be returned within 14 business days from the date they were received. Returned items must be shipped back to the U.S. To process a return please contact Customer Service at our contact us page

Returns are handled directly through the retail location from which your original purchase was made. If you are unsure about the retailer’s return policy, please contact your original retailer directly to learn more about their policy, your satisfaction is our top priority.

After receiving and approving your order, the package will be sent to you within 4 or 7 business days from the date of placing the order on the website.

Each I by DERMALAI component contains 14.5g of serum and is filled in an FDA registered facility, in Los Angeles, Calif. we go above and beyond to ensure quality assurance for each and every product we produce. unfortunately, a small percentage of our most recent batch of components state the incorrect fill amount.
